Offshore welding projects
according to EN 1090 EXC3
from planning to weld inspection
Whether tripods, jackets, substations or transition pieces – all our welders come from the heavy-duty steel construction industry and have years of experience in the manufacture of offshore structures. Our in-house welding engineers and welding specialists supervise the offshore welding work and prepare the required and necessary weld seam documentation. Our welders are certified for SMAW (111), MAG (136/138) and TIG (141). In connection with our application-specific welding procedure tests we are able to weld most of the seams offshore. Our portfolio is rounded off by non-destructive testing that is performed either by our own employees or, on request, by independent partners.
